Fancy a bock schnaps?

Mr. Belthle and Ralf Rakel, director of the Zoller-Hof brewery, have every reason to smile. The first Zoller-Hof bock schnaps has been bottled - and it tastes wonderful!!! This little speciality was created for Zoller-Hof in Mr. Belthle's schnaps distillery in Thiergarten. The idea arose from the question: why should only spices, grapes, pomaceous or stone fruit be used as the basis for regional varieties of schnaps? Couldn't beer also form a raw material for the beloved "eau de vie"? A meeting was sought with Mr. Belthle, the possibilities sounded out, necessary parameters laid down and the experimenting began. Bock beer, with an original wort of 16%, offers the ideal basis for producing beer schnaps. With its 40% alc./vol. and delicate yeast taste, Zoller-Hof bock schnaps extends our range of regional schnaps varieties. The bock schnaps comes in a 5 cl cliplock bottle and is available now from the authorised specialist drinks wholesale trade, directly from Zoller-Hof or via our shop.

For the catering trade – the "keggy cooler"

Suitable for smaller establishments who don't want to miss out on draught beer quality. "Draught beer must be kept flowing", as they say, because when it stays in the pipe too long the beer goes flat and loses the draught beer quality so enjoyed by the beer lover.

Benefits of the keggy cooler

1. Fresh draught beer quality

2. No cleaning of bar installation

3. Cooling adjustable to your requirements

Spoil your customers with draught beer from the keggy cooler.

The Zoller-Hof Smart fleet

Following on from the huge popularity enjoyed by the Smart fleet in the Singen area, Zoller-Hof has once again participated in a similar project in the Balingen region. Now, not just 10 but 20 Smart cars will be on the road for 2 years at different events. "Don't just look - test-drive it yourself" is the motto. Draws are taking place for a large number of Smart drives. Anyone who meets the conditions for participating in the respective draw and who gets lucky can have a Smart all to himself for 4 weeks. The fleet will also be stopping off at the “Zoller-Hof Hoffest” on 16 June 2002 in Sigmaringen.

Premium Prize

The "Premium Prize"(Preis der Besten) in gold, the most prestigious of all possible honours for a brewery, was awarded to Zoller-Hof in October 2003 at Anuga, the World Food Fair. The Secretary of the German Agricultural Society (GAS), Dr. Peter Moog, presented the coveted award to Claudia Sieben and Ralf Rakel.

There can be no more visible proof of the longstanding and rigorous quality regime pursued by Zoller-Hof than this gold medal.

Don't forget: only a company that has been honoured by the GAS each year continuously for at least 15 years even qualifies to receive the Premium Prize. There's no doubt that, for brewers, this prize is equivalent to a small Academy Award.
